Love this - takes me back to sweeter times 😍 Also with the second kid I just fed her everything we cooked for the rest of us, just as I made it and she’s a a much healthier and content eater - I say cook and feed away!
As someone with a son who is almost exactly the same age as Charlie, this is unspeakably tender (and sort of as if my own brain wandered off and started its own newsletter??). Thank you for sharing these slightly under-seasoned and extremely soft moments with us.
Charlie is one lucky noodle! My kids and grandkids loved blueberry mountains: frozen blueberries in small bowl, fill with milk. Wait a minute and empty into another bowl...blueberry mountain! For when Charlie is more 'advanced'.
The legacy of the bean stew lives on in this one
If its a legume or a pulse....well, I'm gonna soup/stew it.
🥰
I didn’t expect to get a tear in my eye from a zucchini soup recipe but here we are. ❤️
Came to comment the same thing!!

Such a lovely post! I remember those days. Now I'm squishing blueberries for a grandson.
